Interview Process at Pithad Software
Step 1 - Technical Interview
Candidate is called for the personal interview, where we mainly ask the questions related to the experience, existing job, future prospects, and technology in which he / she has applied for.
Step 2 - Practical
After passing step 1 we conduct a practical interview, in which we call a candidate to perform a practical task based on the technology/domain that (s)he has applied for. It would be approx 2-3 hours.
Step 3 - HR Round
Once first 2 round are clear final round be HR round to discuss salary structure
